This development is located opposite the Foyer development, which the Practice also designed, and provides 5,000 sq ft of retail space together with 24 apartments.

The ‘L’ shaped plan defines the street frontages to St Georges Parade and Tempest Street and creates a private and secure south facing courtyard that provides car parking and amenity space for the apartments. The residential units, which are grouped in pairs either side of shared staircases, can be accessed both from the street frontages and from the courtyard.
